Uncertainty is a fact of life and business and its level is determined by a lack of information regarding a future event or outcome.
Uncertainty leads you into the fog of risk and consequently it will needle your level of comfort. The amount of uncertainty that you can endure will be a big determinant of the measure of success in whatever you are attempting, be it in your personal, career or business life.
As a business owner who specialises in coaching and training, I realise that confidence is a big factor in the amount of uncertainty that I can indulge in. One of the key contributing factors to this confidence is the degree to which I am organised both from a personal and a time management and planning perspective. I have found that the level of confidence that I have when facing uncertainty and taking risks is directly related to how organised that I am from a time management and planning context.
